This year, my smart goal is simply to get SPAi working and actively used all over FUTMINNA Nigeria

If you’re looking for a SMART goal, here’s where it needs a bit more work to qualify as SMART:

  • Specific: What does “working” mean exactly, and which parts of FUTMINNA are you targeting – all departments, certain faculties?
  • Measurable: “Actively used” needs a number attached – active users per month, departments onboarded, sessions per week, something you can track.
  • Achievable: Hard to judge without knowing the scope. Defining it will help you test whether it’s realistic.
  • Relevant: Worth stating why this matters – what problem does SPAi solve for FUTMINNA? That context strengthens the goal and keeps you motivated.
  • Time-bound: “This year” works as a deadline.

A tightened version could be something like: “By December 2026, onboard SPAi across 5 FUTMINNA departments with at least 200 monthly active users, tracked via platform analytics.”
