Hey all,
I’m trying to understand how this win rate is calculated, I’ve set up some reports to try and display win/conversion rates across multiple pipelines, I found the funnels clunky and not a great overview.
I thought using the Win Rate might be best, and just wanted a rate of how many deals over a 90 day period were in a “Won” column in the respective pipelines.
However, you can see in the images, that for a category of only 3 deals, where it displays 100% win, 2 of the 3 actually haven’t been won.
This is hard to say without seeing the report settings. Within the overlay of your screenshot, can you please slick the “Customize” button (should show up orange at the buttom) and then share a screenshot of which data exactly is on the x-axis and y-axis and another screenshot of the report filters?
If you do not see these options, where exactly did you find / create this report?
@RKHQ I can’t find any documentation on how “Deal win rate” is supposed to behave but it looks like it might be pulling data from closed deals only. Would that add up?
@karstenkoehler I’m not entirely sure. If it is measuring Closed Won against Closed Lost, and not against Open+Closed Lost this may explain it.
Would there be a way to achieve what I’m looking for that you know of?
@RKHQ I like to use the “Closed won count”, applying an average to that number, and display it in a table (first column pipeline, second column average of the closed won count". Apply a date range filter for closed date and you should have what you need.
