It’s possible to show / hide content using Smart Rules within a section depending on the target audience, but it’s not possible to show / hide entire sections.
In particular, it’s not possible to hide image sections which is total pain as the image section I’m using only relates to 1 audience out of 3!
What to do!??

I’d love to be able to show/hide content using smart rules for website pages too. I’m building a customer portal, and want some content available to all users, and some not available to a certain set of users. There’s some overlap, where I can just change the content they see, but some sections I just want to hide outright and can’t.
I would like to hide content based on smart rules regardless of the device or page (landing, web, blog… and even emails).
I have several rows of information. Each row represents a different smart rule. I want to hide all of the rows except for those rows that are triggered by the smart rules.
I tried doing it by removing all of the content from the module on the default view, but it seems to keep the padding for the row that I don’t want anyone to see which makes the layout look odd.
I was trying to pinpoint and adjust the CSS for that particular page, but it throws other sections of the page off when I do it since it is using the same class name.
Desperately hope this idea gets implemented. It would save me SO much time.
We also would need the possibility to show/hide email sections with smart rules, e.g. promoting a tradeshow only for a single country etc. - we don’t have swappable content to replace the smart content, but really wanna hide the whole section.

Totally need this! I struggle with the margins and padding still be applied when a smart module isn’t supposed to show. It would be so much easier if the entire section could be hidden, which would also hide the margins and padding within it! It would help make our hyper-personalized newsletters a lot easier to manage.
