It would be helpful to see before sending an email (both marketing and 1:1 emails) if an attached file is too big to send. Currently the error doesn’t appear until after you send and then you get a separate notification telling you the email failed to send but you can’t see why without contacting Support.
Hi @ASidorakis,
I don’t believe there’s a solution for this.
@Victor_Becerra - Can this be moved over to the Ideas forum?
Hi @ASidorakis Thank your for posting and thanks @Josh for the helpful suggestion!
I moved the post to the ideas Forum, I recommend upvoting it and sharing with other members, so the Product Team can take note.
Best
Victor
Thanks Victor! The HS Support Agent I spoke to earlier today linked the Community Forum, which is why I posted there to start.
This is such a small but essential idea. Sometimes our sales sends documents/brochures/images of our products to our leads. If we cannot increase the attachment size limit then at least provide us this warning so we can reduce file sizes or send a link instead as needed. Sometimes after sending emails, we may miss the fact it didn’t send and that the lead never received the email we thought we sent.
