Does HS offer any type of a list of shortcuts that we can use while typing Notes? I know about Bold, Italics and underline, but are there any shortcuts when in a very long note, to change the color of text or adding bullet points, etc., without having to scroll all the way to the bottom of the Note in order to make these changes.

Could you share a screenshot of the interface where you need to scroll to access the note formatting? For me, it always sits at the bottom and can be accessed at all times:
HubSpot doesn’t have any specific shortcuts beyond the ones you mentioned, no. You can start a bullet point list by typing *, but I’m not aware of shortcuts to change colors, format as bullet point lists or similar.
