Hubspot could do a lot more to improve its formatting functionality within emails.
For example, I always forget that Hubspot doesn’t accept quick keys, and then muscle-memory tap CTRL+[ and it takes me back a page, clearing out my entire draft, rather than just tabbing my bullet to the left like I wanted - a real pain!
Also, I just confirmed with a Hubspot support agent that clicking “More” within a Template makes the newly typed text appear in the default font, rather than the font included in the Template! That’s silly… if you’re adding tailored text to a Template it should remain as the font set for that Template.
