Shared Phone Numbers

Hi @All!

We would wish for a shared phone number for the included hubspot numbers. We are a computer company and have several main phone numbers for sales, support and so on.

It would be very nice to have the option to set a phone number for i.e. the suppor team. So it rings in every hubspot browsers and who ever takes the call first will be the one doing the ticket.

right now we do not have the option to lead calls to a specific number to all support agents at once… thats why we cant use the ingoing call feature.

It’s very important to us. We need to have one number for each team so all users can take the call if the client is calling.
