Use the Service Hub portal to securely share documents with customers (think things like contracts and other legal documents that are unique to each customer). It seems like a portal is primarily for tickets, but it would be great if it could be extended in this way.
It would be great to have this functionality - either with an integration to GoogleDocs or a built-in solution by HubSpot. Each document should have a unique link and there should be a folder structure. This way when an email is automatically sent out through HubSpot a link to the document portal can be utilized.
I would like the clients to also be able to upload documents into the portal.
This is a must-have feature for so many real-world use cases — from member dashboards to client onboarding portals. HubSpot’s current file hosting model just wasn’t built with secure, role-based folder access in mind.

@KMoti you can check out CloudFiles for an integration with Google Drive. The tool also integrates with OneDrive, SharePoint, Dropbox and Box. This is, however, an independent solution focused on files and does not integrate with the customer portal.
