Setting up Companies' Contact's Properties

Hi,
We chose Hubspot free version as we are just starting up. HS appears amazing but we’re having challenges in setting up.
We have 30 Services/Products that we’d like to add as a “checklist property” in Companies Contacts Properties.
Can anyone help? We need a step-by-step.
