Looking for a list I can copy and paste or download that contains all of the properties available for both contacts and companies. As I prepare which properties to use for Contacts and Companies and prepare my import spreadsheet, I have not found anywhere, a list of all properties available for contacts and companies that I can download or copy/paste outside of HubSpot. I’ve gone to Settings for both contacts and companies and worked a bit on setting the properties the team and all users in my account see when creating contacts and companies. The list cannot be copied and pasted and that makes it hard for me to set this up. Is this available?

Alternatively, you could export a sample contact and company, with all properties, and have them in an excel file which might help you more.

I have notes for both my Contacts and Companies exported from Insightly. Will I be able to import those at one time as part of my company and contacts import? What is the easiest way to accomplish that?
I also have some custom fields for contacts, like both company and personal email, company phone and cell phone, spouse or other related person, dates of birth and maybe a few others. I am in the life and health insurance business and these are of value for me to keep. Any insights as to best way to accomplish these or if I cannot also appreciated.
