It would be amazing if there was a way to assign yourself a task limit a day. So if say I assign myself a task limit of let’s say 25, when I reach that limit, a notification or a red mark would appear letting me know that you’ve surpassed the task limit set for yourself. You can still set more task for the day, it won’t not let you, but it’s a great reminder that maybe I should move it to another day with more availability.
I find myself chasing tasks because I “overbook” myself, and it would be a great small addition to the platform. Thanks.

T his has been a problem for me recently, I have a team that assign tasks for me and I came in yesterday to 40 tasks when I usually get thru 10/15 a day.
Another feature would be to block out certain days so people can’t assign any tasks for those days.

I completely agree. My sales colleagues complain a lot that there are days when the workload is far too great. I would be very pleased if the function were implemented in the near future.
This function is still really missing. Technicly all Data for this function are there.
With a limit function we would have the posibilty to make automaticly a new tasks until the task-limit is not reached. On this way we would be sure that the sales rap has enough tasks every day.

I cant time manage my day.
I have been using hubspot for 4 years now. Theres always the same problem = Overdue tasks.
Why? Well, since there’s no limitation to amount of tasks per day, or a function that would limit you from having 100 tasks in the same time of the day, then it is easy to Overload the task management bar.
Huge pain: If i agree with a lead to call at 10 am on Monday and I have 50 outbound/follow up calls to do in that workspace, the TASK will just be placed behind all of those. This makes it un-reliable when trying to time manage a daily schedule.
Theres too many limitations to convincing the whole team to use this feature, which makes everyone have tasks in their word document, Notedpad, physical paper, or something else. Its a huge challenge to lead a team when there’s no overview or framework for them to thrive in and guide them in.
Come on HS, Please make this already!
