I must’ve hit the finish sequence button when I didn’t mean to. Is there a way to restart a sequence without resending the first email again? I don’t want to send the first email all over, but I want to get this account back into the sequence. Is the best route to take just using a different sequence or is there a way?
Hey @Danieldelacruz - thanks for posting in the Community!
Can you provide more context around what you’re seeing in your current sequence? Specifically, are the contacts that were enrolled in this sequence that have since been pushed out of the sequence? If so, it’s my understanding that you would need to re-create the sequence without that first email, and then (re)enroll all of those contacts into the new Sequence. Unless the original sequence was simply paused, in which case you should be able to just resume their progress.
In the meantime, I’d also like to get some expert eyes on this. @franksteiner79, @AdamLPW, and @OPerek-Clark - any insight on this situation?

The contact says finished when I go to sequences > then analyze > then clicked on total enrollments. For this contact the status said finished. I had only enrolled them into a sequence on 12/15. I must’ve hit unenroll from the sequence. But it didn’t go all the way through the sequence. I just wanted to see if there was a way to resume from the middle of a sequence
Hey @Danieldelacruz - thanks for following up so quickly!
I just found this Community post, where our Product Team notes that re-enrolling contacts where they left off is possible. If you’re following these steps to manually enroll a contact into a sequence, you should see “Start at” in the upper lefthand corner before confirming their enrollment. It will look like this:

You should be able to select the specific step you’d like their re-enrollment to start at. Can you please confirm if you see this option?
