Sequence Enrollment Status not reportable

Hello,
I would like to create a report that shows and/or is filterable by Enrollment Status (scheduled, in progress, paused, etc) of contacts enrolled in a sequence(s).
Am I correct that this is not available?
We use the Professional version of Hubspot.
Thanks, Mike

Hi @RhoadesM ,

HubSpot doesn’t currently let you report on sequence enrollment status (like Scheduled, In Progress, Paused, or Completed) in custom reports or dashboards, even on the Professional plan.

What you can do:

  • View status inside the Sequences tool (per sequence, under the Enrollments tab).
  • Track performance metrics (opens, clicks, replies) via Sequence Performance reports.
  • Use filters like “Last sequence enrolled” in list views, but this doesn’t include status.

Workarounds:

  • Manual export from each sequenbce’s Enrollments tab (not scalable).
  • Custom report builder allows you to report on contacts who have been enrolled in sequences and analyze engagement, but it does not offer filters or columns for enrollment status
  • Custom solution via HubSpot’s API (if you have dev resources).

Hope this clears it up!

Hi @RhoadesM it is possible to have the report/view you mentioned on a dashboard which can be filtered by the enrollment status and contacts enrolled as well.

While there is no direct way to create the report but there is a workaround which can help you with that.

1. Go to the analyse tab of your sequences and copy this URL

2. Go to your dashboard > On the top right side click on Actions > Add external content > Select ‘other content’

3. Past the URL you had copied and give this report a name.

4. Save it and you now have a completely filterable view of your Sequences on your dashboard.

Hi Mike! You’re right. Unfortunately, Sequence Enrollment Status isn’t reportable in HubSpot’s standard reporting tools (even in Pro). It’s a gap if you want to track performance or follow-ups based on enrollment stage.

With Coefficient’s 2-way sync with HubSpot, certified on HubSpot’s marketplace, you could work around this by pulling Sequence enrollment data (via the HubSpot API) into Google Sheets, where you can pull in your sequence enrollment data and keep it on a refresh schedule.

There’s even a Sheets Assistant that can help you build your report if you need. Then, you can use HubSpot’s native report embed functionality to embed your visualizations back into a HubSpot dashboard if you’d like. I made a quick video about this recently.
Tons of our users leverage Coefficient to bypass any reporting limitations they experience because no two company’s report needs are the same.
