Create a sequence enrollment status report

Hello,

I wanted to know if it’s possible to create a sequence enrollment status report to view the total number of MQL contacts who have been in a sequence this year (monthly view). I would also like to know if I can stack the sequence statuses by month.

Hi @TThomas0,

Yes, this can be done with the custom report builder: Menu > Reporting > Reports > Create report > Custom Report Builder > Choose my own data sources > Contacts (primary data source) + Sequences

You can then filter the report by ‘Date entered “Marketing Qualified Lead” is between A and B’ and specify the date range.

You would then visualize:

  • Enrollments in sequence > Enrolled at
  • Count of contacts

What exactly are you referring with ‘sequence status’?

There is a sequence filter that allows you to see the sequence status of a contact. (see screenshot)

Ideally, I would like to show (stack) their sequence status within their enrollment month.

@TThomas0 this is not possible within the report builder, unfortunately. What I proposed in my previous reply is the best approximation.
