Sending different emails using the same form: not working anymore?

Hi,

I’m facing an issue since the simple workflows have been added to forms.

I used to have the same forms on many different landing pages, and each landing page was sending an email for the related content.

Example: landing page A was sending content A by email, landing page B was sending content B by email, etc.

I was able to do so by using the same form on different landing pages, and having specific emails for each LP.

It looks like now, since HubSpot has implemented “simple workflow”, that a form is dedicated to a specific email. And so I need to create a new form for each new LP I’m creating.

Is there any other way/workaround to not create a new form for every new LP I’m creating?

Thank you

Hi @LVda

Rather than use the automation tab of the form to send the follow up, I suggest you go to the workflows tool and create a unique workflow for each page - with both form submission and page as enrollment criteria - to send the correct follow up.

Its a bit more work than the old follow-up emails way, but better than creating unique forms.

Hope this helps?

@LVda I completly agree with Phil.
You can keep using the same form on multiple pages. You will just need to go to the workflows tool and build a contact-based workflow that sends a relavant email based on which page the contact most recently submitted the form.
It’s quite fast to set-up!
Let me know if you need any help
