IS the new update to the landing pages a glitch?! WHy can’t we select a follow up email to be sent off the landing pages. I was told to create workflows for each form, or an If/Then branch.
I HOPE this is a glitch. This would be a terrible update…

Hey @JKounelias1, I’m unable to reproduce the experience you’re describing. This appears to still be available for me here. But I do know that in a recent HubSpot update, they’ve removed “Followup Emails”
But you can see the new “Simple Workflows” under forms now:

Yeah, why would they remove the follow up email?!
We now have to create workflow for all follow up emails?? That is not scalable at all. We produce over 500 pieces of content per year, and host around 60 webinars per year.
I’m hoping this is a mistake. Do you know a workaround solution?
