Hey Folks,
I need to send a HelloSign template (contract) automatically when a deal reaches a specific stage. For example, a deal reaches the “Contract Sent” stage and the client (deal contact) gets the automated HelloSign template to sign on. And, at the same time, a specific team member(s) of our team receives the same doc to sign on behalf of the company.
Is it possible using HelloSign/DocuSign/PandaDoc? Please advise how I can achieve this? Automating the contract send is the main objective.

You cannot automatically send the quotes to your clients when your deal recahes to a specific stage coz there is no way to send quotes based on deal based trigger in HubSpot. You have to send the quotes manually.

This is simple to do using PandaDoc + Zapier.
You can customise the PandaDoc from HubSpot as much as you want using Zapier, then send it along with a custom message.
When the doc is complete, a common task is to use Zapier to then move the deal stage to contract signed (or something like that)
