Trigger HelloSign email by moving to a certain deal stage

Hey Hubspot community,

desperately looking for a solution to this problem, so I hope someone can help me out.

We are currently sending out offers via Hubspot using the Paycove integration. Our problem here is that the terms&conditions are not properly integrated there (e.g. no way to seperately sign them and/or have a checkbox where you accept the LINKED terms&conditions).

In order to avoid legal issues and manual work, we were thinking whether it’s possible to trigger an email using HelloSign if we move the deal to a certain stage within our pipeline. Is there any way to do this that I have overlooked?

Alternatively, does anyone have an idea how we can solve this problem (signing/accepting terms&conditions) with another tool/integration?

Have you investigated the HubSpot Quotes Tool?

I’ve been impressed with the overall concept, especially the sign your life away part.

This may even make your Paycove Integration redundant?

Alternately, would a simple form (on a hidden landing page) be legally acceptable?

It’s easy to integrate forms and landing pages into your workflows.

thanks for your help! We have found a workaorund in Paycove, but will have a look at the Hubspot Quote tool as well. Thanks for pointing that out!
