A send later function would be a HUGE win for us from a shared inbox. We currently have around 100 service members using one shared inbox and a send later function would impact their day to day greatly.

Could not agree more. Currently you need to go to the contact to send later, this seems very clunky to me.
This should be a priority update. We are used to this feature in gmail, and it is so very helpful.
