Send later feature not working

Hey everyone

Hoping someone can help me! I Am having the following problem: I can’t use the send later function - when I click that button it just goes grey adn does nothing! My inbox is connected and I can send now so I don’t think that is the problem - anyway I send from hubspot rather than my inbox. I’ve also not exceeded my email limit.

Any ideas??!!!

TIA

Hi @EMorrell2,

Which browser are you using, have you tried another browser? Have you tried clearing cache/cookies? Is there a tool-tip when you hover your mouse over the button once it turns gray?

Best regards

Hi @karstenkoehler

Thanks for your message! I have tried it in a new browser and clearing my cache. Neither workds. The tip says “Send Later isn’t available for Hubspot Hosted email accounts” but I don’t know what that means. Also I have used send later before!

Does tht make sense?

@EMorrell2 can you double check which email account you’re sending this from (in the email

composer)? It sounds like this may have changed to a fallback address of a conversations inbox. Make sure your personal email is connected (in the settings) and selected as sender address

Hi @karstenkoehler Thanks for this idea. The email address is the correct sender email so that isn’t the problem.

I’m having exactly the same issue with no help from chat support.

Chat support is basically sales support for free version users

I have the same issue. Can it be fixed?

Hi @RAdam,
I see that you are not able to use the ‘Send Later’ functionality when sending a Sales email.
Can you confirm that your inbox is successfully connected in Hubspot under Settings > General > Email?
Are you also able to reproduce this in an incognito window?

I have tried it in Safari and Firefox, I’ve cleared all the cache / cookies and there is no tool-tip. I have worked out that it only happens if I am trying to reply to an email sent by the client / prospect. If it’s a brand new email it works fine.

Hey @EMorrell2 - thanks for following up here!
I’d like to re-tag @karstenkoehler to see if he has any further ideas of what may be causing this behavior.
