Send an Email based on address (Location/Zip code)

Hi

I need to send an email to my contacts based on their addresses (location/zip codes), all of whom have not provided their email addresses. It is feasible in Hubspot?If possible, please assist me in resolving this.

Marketing email sending in HubSpot requires an email address. Even if you have a physical address, HubSpot cannot pull up or research the address for you.

Sending a marketing email to contacts is not possible without an email address for each contact.
