i am trying to see where i can view the open and reply rate for emails sent using the extension.
i looked in marketing - email and analyze and it shows 0 sent
i want to see an actual number such as 80% emails opened 20% replied.
where would i be able to see this?

There isn’t any report in the free CRM which shows exactly what you’re looking for. This is partly due to limited reporting options in the free CRM. (Custom reports are a Professional feature in HubSpot.)
The closest to what you’re looking for would be the “Activity leaderboard by rep with type breakdown” and “Team activity totals” reports in the report library. Navigate to Menu > Reports > Reports > Create report and use the search bar in the top left corner to look for these reports.
(More powerful reporting options unlock also when you’re using sequences, wich sender score, reply rate, bounce rate per sequence and sequence user.)
