Scoring - Cumulative Points

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to double check something; if in our scoring criteria stating “If visited URL contains XX” then +5 points.

Would this be cumulative? Ideally we would like to add points per number of pages.

Hi @GAlonso,

Unfortunately not. If you want to count repeated visits, you have to add those as separate, additional criteria and use the “Refine by amount of times” filter. (This is, in my opinion, the main shortcoming of HubSpot score properties.)

E.g. +5 for one visit, additional +5 for two visits, additional +5 for three visits.
