Hi Community,
I have three sales reps (1 for North America and 2 for Europe (one for smaller accouts and one for larger accounts). I am looking for an elegant way to let our website visitors book a demo in their prefered timezone and with the correct sales rep (this is only the case for Europe). How can I do that?
Thanks
Anna
Hi @AvonKuhn,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community!
So, you would like to have a meeting link where contacts could choose their timezone, is that correct please?
First, I would like to share this article “Understand group and round robin meeting availability” for information about the different types of meeting links.
I also wanted to invite a couple of subject matter experts to this conversation @danmoyle, @Jnix284 and @Alex_Elborn: do you have any suggestions to help @AvonKuhn to use different timezones on meeting links please?
Thank you and have a great day!

Hi @BérangèreL
Thank you for this.
I want to first split the option by timezone and then in Europe we have two sales people one for smaller companies and one for larger, so ideally I would like to seperate those two. Maybe the schedule page changes based on the size of the company? My team wants all their photos on the booking page to make it look more human, so I guess I cannot use the round robin option. Correct?
Thanks,
Anna
@AvonKuhn I don’t know of a way that HubSpot meetings can get quite that specific, separating by time zone and then by rep. If it were me, I would instead have a form that asks questions with HubSpot dependent fields.
For example, if you ask for country and it’s a European company, you can then ask another form question and then send them the right meeting link. Same with asking them for their specific time zone.
So, while it’s not an instant answer on the meeting link, it’s a personalized experience for each website visitor.
Depending on your HubSpot hub + tier, you might also be able to use HubDB to create dynamic landing pages where a form submission leads to different content on the page. But that’s a pretty advanced step that I would ask a developer and strategist team to help with.
Hi Community,
Thanks a lot for your suggestsion. We are looking into building a new website on Hubspot and then will use the option to serve the relevant booking page based on location. In the meantime I found a work-around, I just used one booking page and added two CTA buttons below for the visitor to choose, these then go to the individual booking pages. (We discussed internally that we will not ask visitors for the size of their hotel first).
@AvonKuhn I like that solution!
This was SO helpful! Thank you, great solution! I just build a page with 3 reps and 3 CTS attached to their own calendar. Would have been great if it was easier within the Meetings if this could just be broken out more specifically, as this scenario must be pretty common. Maybe even more common than the current options.
