Anyone know the specific time that an invoice is created on a scheduled subscription date?
And the status from Scheduled to Unpaid for that matter

Good question. This isn’t very clear in HubSpot.
Invoices are created on the scheduled billing date, but HubSpot doesn’t create them at a fixed time like 9 AM or midnight. It runs in the background, so the invoice can be created at any point during that day.
When the invoice gets created, its status changes from Scheduled to Unpaid at the same moment.
Because of this, you might see some invoices appear earlier in the day and some later. It can also depend on things like time zones or system processing.
So the key thing to remember is it will happen on the right date, but the exact time is not consistent or something you can control.

Thanks for the reply and observation. I am expecting some subscriptions to swith from scheduled to active (and produce invocies) today. Nothing as yet, but am hopeful it will work at some point today…
Both invoices created as expected 
and time stamps indicate that invoice creation is exactly the same time as the original Subscription record creation time. Mystery solved.
