Scaling the Chatbot based on variables

Hello,

We want to use the chatbot on our pages, but we have one website/physical location (±50). Depending on the website (AKA location) the user is interacting with the chatbot, we need to give them different resources - links, info, etc.

The only way I see to do that is to create a chatbot / location or website, but that’s not scalable long term. Imagine you want to adapt some phrasing, you’d have to addapt 50+ chatbots, not talking about the setup time.
Does anyone have idea how else to do this? Maybe some of the premium features that I don’t currently have access too, like the knowledge base?

Hello @AGheorghiu, happy Monday!

Thank you for posting in our Community!

You can create multiple chatflows to display on different pages on your website. If two chatflows target the same page URL, or a contact meets the criteria for the segmented lists used in the chatflows’ targeting rules, you can decide which chatflow should have the top priority and display instead of the other.

I want to invite our top experts to share their thoughts on this matter, @MatthewShepherd, @Annie_Birai, @Teun any recommendations for @AGheorghiu?

Thank you,

Pam

Thanks for the warm welcome @PamCotton !
Right now we have the same chatflow but we basically have to remake it every time we target a new page. It’s kinda annoying to remake it 50+ times and then it’s also hard to maintain :see_no_evil_monkey:. Yes, making 50+ chatflows would work, but is it really the best solution we have?
Curious what else we could do :eyes:
Best,
