Greetings! Our client creates emails with live external links in HS for sending to their contacts. We also need to send links to the email to their social media outlets. And, they have a newsletter web page with links to PDF versions of the newsletter. I have searched the comments for a way to save an email as a single PDF to no avail. I tried printing as PDF, screenshots, FireShot, etc. I saved the test email in FireShot and removed extraneous material in Acrobat, but any live links in the PDF point to FireShot and threat warnings. Any further suggestions? Thanks!
Hi @ThriveWebmaster! I hope what I’m about to detail helps.
Looking at my list of emails in Hubspot Marketing Emails, I hover over one that I know has external links, click the Actions button that appears and then click View Email.
An online view of the email opens in a new tab. Right click anywhere on the screen and choose Print. Using the Print dialogue box, set your printers to Save as PDF. Make sure Background Graphics are enabled. Click Print or Save and put the PDF somewhere you can find it.
A PDF that is a near replica of the email, with working links should be generated that you can then upload to File Manager and post as needed.
Please let me know if this is not what you’re hoping to accomplish.
Hello Crystal, Yes, your answer Crystallized the solution for us! It seems so simple; guess we had to hear it from someone who could present it clearly. It’s not a perfect image but everything is intact. Thanks! Alan

Just had another thought about the image not being perfect. That could be because your PDF maker. There’s usually some default maker on a computer. Adobe products are good but pricey. There are some other PDF makers out on the market you might try and see if there’s one that can give you a better image.
