We’d like to have the same deal sitting in two different pipelines. However, it does not seem this is possible? How can we turn this around? Different teams might want to approach deals with different steps so this is quite urgent to resolve.

Unusal request. Normally a pipeline reflects a companies sales process and has clearly definied steps.
There might be different pipelines for different sales motions, i.e. new bussiness is different than a renewal, or am additional service.
Having a deal in two pipeline isn’t (and shouldn’t be possible IMHO) as it duplicates deals, inflates forecasts, etc.
Could you elaborate a bit more on your particular use case?
