We have been working on utilising the quoting tool in hubspot using one of the template available. Currently, all items are listed with no breakdown between the items. Is it possible to add sub-headers in the quote to split up the items?
For example, the quotes are for new homes so the following subheaders would be great
Hi @Jai5on,
How’s it going?
We have an App that is on the HubSpot marketplace that enables you to automate and personalise quotes using Google Docs or Slides templates. So there are more formatting options available than in HubSpot’s naitive quote tool. You can check it out here:
It could be a good option if you already have a quote template in Google Docs/Slides or Microsoft Word or Powerpoint.
It takes information from Deals (and associated objects, like line items) and places them into a Google Doc or Slides file, and it can also request esignatures too.
Please let me know if you have any questions or if you’d like a demo

Not sure if you are still needing help with this or not. But if you are, this is how I handled this in the past.
You would create a custom line item or one in your product library with a price of 0. You would name it something like “#Home Design#”.
You would then need to create a custom HubSpot quote template with a modification to the line items module that filters out these subheads that contain the special character “#” and format them as needed.
The line items module displays the items from the top down as a list so you would just need to create your groups in the quote.
