Is there a way i can set up a report, where we can impliment our sales acivity point metric?
i.e. each rep needs to hit a total of 40 points in a week, a successful meeting is 5 points and a call is one point.
Is this something that can be set up in a report on hubspot? So i want to times an meeting activity by 5 and a call by 1.

Another alternative is by using the new HubSpot formula fields [BETA] for reports, you can enrol in this beta via your Product Update page under “Formula Fields now in Custom Report Builder” but it requires one of any of the following subscriptions — CMS Enterprise, CMS Pro, Marketing Enterprise, Marketing Pro, Operations Enterprise, Operations Pro, Sales Enterprise, Sales Pro, Service Enterprise, Service Pro. Using this you can create a custom property by using the following code:
[ENGAGEMENT.hs_connected_count]+([ENGAGEMENT.hs_outcome_completed_count]*5)
You can then add the Activity Date is This Week filter on the report and it will only be calculated for the week that you are in. If you require further details, please just let me know.

depending on the licence you have
but if you have Datasets with Operations Hub Enterprise
you can have formulas added as columns
Here is an article on how to do this.
If you dont have this licences
and for the moment neither Activities or users can have custom properties defined or calculated
the only way I think is to sync this into an excel and then embed that excel in a dashboard in HubSpot with the updated score.
