Health Scoring with Meeting/contact Properties

Hi all,

For our health scoring in HubSpot we would like to have three types of properties:

- Meeting with champion in last 30 days

- Meeting with decision maker in last 30 days

- Amount of meetings in last 30 days

Would this be possible to get into a company property? We have all the data in HubSpot (contact properties, we log meetings etc). And what is the easiest way to do this via workflows?

Hey @FvanderPijl! Thanks for your post. I understand you are trying to add points to contacts based on their activity within a certain period of time. I’d like to invite @LCunningham1, @Shuler, @MLatulippe, and @Ian_Matt -- do y’all have any tips for setting up a workflow to count these criteria?

Best,

Kennedy

Hey Guys,
We have something similar but at company level only, a property for ‘last success review’ date to be able to segment from other meetings types specifically and have this updated by a workflow, the workflow for this property I have is controlled by a list - the list criteria is that the company has had a meeting type of success review in the last 1 day, and this is enrolment criteria for the workflow. The record edit is then updating the last success review property to the date the action was executed.

In terms of a property to count the number of meetings, I’m not really sure of the best way to do this - there are ‘roll up’ property fields but I can’t see that you can use these on activities. I reckon it would have to be a workflow based on a list membership and then each time they enter the list, the workflow uses the ‘increase or decrease property value’ option - but you’d also want to clear the value after 30 days and allow re-entry to the workflow based on the list membership again… don’t know if it’ll be 100% accurate but worth trying!

I agree - lists will be probably the best way to know if someone had a meeting within the last 30 days - but getting the actual count of meetings within 30 days will be hard.

Roll up fields will count all of them - but you can’t filter by date (which would be such a great idea!). Since you can create custom fields for meetings now, I tried creating a field that would give a yes if the meeting happening within the last 30 days, but sadly in the calculated fields we’re unable to do that.

Thank you for your help! For now we’ll use the list solution to track meetings in last X days. Total meetings is for later :slightly_smiling_face: @kennedyp @Shuler @LCunningham1
