Is there a way to make a RSVP (Register) live form inside an email? Our marketing dept has forms on our website where users can go to RSVP (Register) but the sales team is wondering if there is a way to put the form inside a sales email so the potential lead will be able to fill out the information once they open the email. This is an idea of what we would like to put in the email and have the leads be able to input the information to RSVP (Register).
Hi @ESvendsen
There’s no way to embed forms in emails because email clients (e.g. Gmail, Outlook, etc.) only render basic HTML and they all do it differently.
So, what you could do is add two HubSpot Call To Actions (CTAs) to your invitation email, one CTA for “Yes” and one CTA for “No”…
Then, when people click on the CTA your workflow can add them to the RSVP Accpeted or RSVP Declined List.
Because they have clicked and RSVP CTA you will want to send them to the Registration Landing Page with the event details and a Form to collection more information (I recommend using Progressive Fields in your Form)..
And, you could send a follow up email to anyone that hasn’t clicked either CTA.
Have fun
Mike
