Reverse engineer workflow

I am trying to find out if it’s possible to kind of reverse-engineer a google sheet workflow where I add names to a google sheet and have that trigger an registration email to all the contacts in that google sheet.

Does anyone know if that’s possible or do workflows only work one way, where someone fills in a HubSpot form and that auto-populates a google sheet with their details?

Without custom code this is not possible, no. You could however leverage Zapier (or similar solutions) for this: Use HubSpot's integration with Zapier

Unfortunately this is not possible with the HubSpot default functionality. But this can be achieved if you have operations hub or you can always use Zapier to achieve this.
