How can I import data from active list in Google Sheet to HubSpot and use this data in workflows?

Hi @KMorka,
The Google Sheets integration goes one-way, from HubSpot to Google Sheets. If you want to go the other way, you could explore Zapier: Use HubSpot's integration with Zapier
For each (new) row in Google Sheets, you would update/create a contact in HubSpot. If you pass on a column (= property) that identifies these contacts as coming from the sheet, you can use that for enrollment in a workflow.

Hey, you can do this with Superjoin (Connect Hubspot to Google Sheets & Excel in One-Click | Superjoin). It’s a bidrectional sync between HubSpot and Google Sheets
1. We’ve bypassed the 10k limit on Hubspot APIs. You can pull upto 250k rows.
2. We’ve done all possible associations between objects

Been using Superjoin for this and works like a breeze. It’s 2-way, so whatever you edit on Sheets also gets reflected here.
You can definitely do this using Coefficient from HubSpot’s marketplace. It enables a 2-way sync of data between Google Sheets / Excel and HubSpot, which means you can also push data from Sheets into HubSpot.
- You’ll point and click to map and upload your Sheet data back into HubSpot — either creating new records or updating existing ones.
- Once the data is in HubSpot, you can trigger workflows using properties or lists tied to those records.
You can even schedule this sync so your Sheet and HubSpot stay aligned automatically.
