I would like to send a retargeting email to recipients who did not open my initial email. I haven’t found any options in the segment section and performance analytics.
I’m looking for the most efficient way to proceed.

Hey @KellyTheochari you can create a list, then use a filter in your list for “contact was delivered email and did not open”
So if I want to send a retargeting email what are exactly the steps? Could
you please send me a screenshot of the step “filtering”.
The only way that I found that I was working was to download the list who
opened the emails and then exclude them from the original list. But this
requires manual work and I wanted to know if there is something quicker and
smarter.

Hey @KellyTheochari the list I shared initially would be users who did not click your email, if you wanted to target them within your email you just need to set this list as your recipients list in your email.
