I think it’s pretty shocking that Admins can’t restore property values directly from the record history page on the Record page.
Currently, it looks like this:
The issue? If we want to update the property, we have to back OUT of the “Details” modal, and THEN remember what the property value was, and THEN enter that value, and allow the system to auto-save.
In reality, It should look something like this:
Clicking “restore this value” would exit out of the modal, and enter that value, and auto save.
This is very different from the current Beta in which you can restore ALL records from a particular workflow or import, etc. in that manual review is still required when making changes to properties that were altered by a workflow.
This is a super-easy lift as you already have the value, and don’t need to retrieve any additional information. All you’re doing is copying the known value BACK into that same property field.
Please do this asap. Small quality of life fixes like this would make being an Admin SO much easier.
