Hi team, for O365 HubSpot Sales add-in, users must ensure that their task pane is pinned/ opened in order for the emails to be logged and tracked as mentioned in our KB here.
Depending on their screen size, the task pane can be disruptive. Would love to have the option for our customer to resize it. thank you!
