I finished all the exams for 3 certifications: Hubspot Marketing Software, Service Hub Software, and Hubspot Sales Software. I’m unable to complete the practical excervises. Would you please grant me access to the software so I can complete the certification?

Hello,
I signed up for the free trial but I was unable to do the excercise.
Everytime I opened the excercise, the page would show up a white blank
screen. I have tried with 3 different browsers but the issue persists.
Would you be able to help me with this? Plus I have been troubleshooting
the excercise so my free trial just expired so I’d appreciate if you could
help me extend this.
