Everytime I try to do a practical exercise. I get the following message, please help!
And I am not able to complete practical exercises unless I complete the previous ones. Please help me solve this issue.

It looks like the practical exercise you’re trying to access requires HubSpot paid features only available to Professional or Enterprise users.
As the practical exercises in Academy training are based around your live data and HubSpot subscription, you can only complete modules that reference functionality that is available to you.
If you’re a Pro subscriber then this is a bug you’ll need to raise with Support. Otherwise, unfortunately, you can’t access the practical part of the training and will need to skip this practical exercise. In the past (as a Starter subscriber) I’ve skipped sections on e.g. Workflows (which I don’t have). The “Skip” button appears below the Practical Exercise detail, to the left of the Start Exercise button.
N.B. you can still take exams having skipped modules.

I also have a concern with my marketing software course and I’m not sure who to ask: I passed the exam for marketing software but I’m still waiting on a practical test (create a blog post) to be graded. How do I know if it’s already being graded? It said that I should get my results within 24 hours and it’s been over 24 hours.

Thanks for reaching out! In order to complete the HubSpot Marketing Software certification you will need either HubSpot Marketing Pro or Enterprise. A majority of the exerccises require you to use features that are not available in a free subscription. However, you can always sign up for a marketing pro trial and complete the certification that way!
