A large portion of our reports on the dashboards are not displaying correctly. The entire visualization is not display and there are 2 different bars on the right side of the reports to move the visualization up and down. It’s almost like it’s zoomed in to far. I checked the zoom on the browser and I had to back it up to about 50% to get the entire visual to display. We have never had this issue before and it’s behaving this way for all users on our account. The AI chat was leading me in the wrong direction so just seeing if there is something that can be done to fix the visuals. Thank you.

I don’t think I’ve seen a behavior exactly like this before, but I’ve seen charts not fitting into a 1-line report block sometimes and resizing them back and forth usually helped. Moderator note: While this solution may not address the original poster’s specific situation, it could be helpful for other community members facing similar challenges.
All of the reports had all of the data visible at the current sizing. If I make the reports bigger, eventually it shows all of it but there is no need to have a visual take up that much screen space. Adjusting it back and forth worked in the past, but whatever this update was yesterday changed the display area and makes the visualization unusable. I appreciate the feedback and response!
Can you please share a screenshot of what you’re experiencing? Blurring any confidential report titles, labels etc.
After resizing windows, sometimes reports don’t keep track and you’ll see a small option to reset the scale when hover your mouse over a report - but it doesn’t sound like that’s what you’re experiencing.
Alternatively, what you’re describing simply sounds like you may have placed the reports on a dashboard and scaled them too small. For example, if you design a table chart with a lot of columns and 20 rows on each displayed page, then proceed to place in on just two tiles of the grid of a dashboard, HubSpot is not able to reconcile these two size choices of yours. You’ll have to resize the report on the dashboard by drag and dropping this dotted section in the lower right of a report:
The reports were no re-sized so there was some sort of update that is rendering the visualization unusable as you have to use the nav bars that appeared to move the visualization down to see the axis, for example. I will open a ticket and see if this can be investigated as our users are very anxious to get their reports/dashboards back to normal. Thanks for the response!
We are experiencing the same issue with our reports in multiple dashboards being weirdly zoomed in / out of focus for all Users. The Data looks to be fine but the view is just messed up
Anybody got any experience with an Issue like this?
