On a report, we are using the “Break down by” option. When we do this, the report is showing different counts.
My guess is the larger number is because there are duplicate objects in the “break down”, but this isn’t very clear.
Is there a way to show the distinct count?
For the example below I should see 195 for both.
Am I missing something?

For cases like this, and since you have a paid subscription, the recommendation is to contact the support team. They will be able to view the report you have created and examine the reasons for the increase between one data point and another, as well as suggest solutions. I recommend sharing your screen so they can see the report creation process.
