Hello team!
Currently there’s no clear-cut way to remove deactivated users in multi-select user properties in bulk from the index view or using a workflow.
They simply don’t appear in the value picker:
As they do, for example, when filtering records:
The only way to do that right now is either via one-by-one manual work or clearing the property entirely, which results in losing all other selected owners.
