Remove chat widget for mobile

We are having problems in mobile version with the chat widget because it’s covering our app menus.

We can hide this widget, customizing CSS classes and applying the widget the property “display: none”.

But the problem comes when we trigger the chat, we use it and the moment we close chat window this widget comes again, forgetting the custom property “display:none” we had added.

Has anyone any solution for controling the chat window “onclose” event? How can we reffer to it from our javascript code?
