I am trying to send the same email every Friday at 9AM to the same list of people in hubspot.
How can I set this up?

This requires a Marketing Hub Professional + Operations Hub Professional subscription. With those two subscriptions, you get access to email automation and scheduling, see below:
If you’re on these subscriptions, you would simply add the ‘Send marketing email’ workflow action to a workflow.
If you’re not and upgrading to both subscriptions is an option, let me know. Happy to provide free consultation during the process of evaluating these products.
If upgrading is not an option, then unfortunately this is not possible within your current subscription.
