We send out weekly lead time emails to our customers and currently have to set up a workflow with specific dates / if,when branches for every 7 days. It would be much handier if there was an option to send a repeat email either weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc. on a specific day at a specific time (similar to how it would work if you were setting up a regular event in your Outlook calendar).
Yes, there ought to be some way to automate emails to go out on a repeated schedule, rather than purely based on action triggers.
Agreed. Even internal emails to go to staff on a weekly basis through a workflow would be so helpful. I’m surprised HubSpot doesn’t have this capability. Other platforms do.
Agreed, this is really needed as a feature across hubs (it currently exists but only as an Operations Pro or Enterprise feature).
