We are facing problem when integrating the new API system of recordings and transcripts.
the documentation isn’t very clear and the endpoints supplied can’t be tested.

Thanks for your question. Can you provide any details about where in the process you are stuck? The documentation you linked has its requirements laid out in the order you need to get your external endpoint registered for use.

A valid developer API key must be provided in the hapikeyquery parameter, and a validappId must be provided in the API request.

Find your Developer HAPI key:
- Make sure you’re in your app portal (not your production portal) You’ll see a banner at the top
- From there, click on Apps > Get Your HAPI Key
- If you are already using your Developer HAPI key in your request, can you share an example request and response here? Obscuring your key details, please.
