I csutomized left side bar for tickets detail page however it is not displaying for other accounts in our project. I’m attaching 4 screen shots. Account A 2 screen shots and Account B 2 screen shots. Both the left bars have different options while I have made changes in from Account B.
Hey @PBarik The left sidebars are set on a per user level, you can edit yours, or change the default one. The default one will only show whenever a new user logs in.
“Once you customize the default sidebar for an object, it will apply to all new users in your HubSpot account. Existing users will continue to see their own customized About section, but can reset their view to access the account-wide default About section instead.”
If the users who aren’t seeing this log in to a contact record, click on their properties view and click “reset to account defaults” they should see the default properties that have been set show up here too!
