Contact Record Customization - left side bar

Hello all,

I want to update the default view of the left side bar for all of my contacts.

I have attempted to do that my going to Settings > Contacts > Record Customization > Customize Left Sidebar. https://app.hubspot.com/record-settings/44908982/customize?location=LEFT_SIDEBAR&editedType=0-1&type=0-1&view=0&action=edit
I saved my changes. Then I checked my contacts and the left side bar still isnt updated. I tried creating a new contact too, and the left side bar still isnt updated to my saved preferences.

Hi @MHuggins0,

After changing your default record, you may have to default your left side bar back to defaults.

You should see that by clicking “View All Properties” on a contact record.

If that doesn’t work, double-check that you saved your customization and if you did, try clearing your cache.
