Recently viewed records

I often find that as I’m working I want to go back to records I’ve already worked on and the only way to do this is to re-enter the company name - there should be an easier and quickier way to view the last 10 or 20 accounts at a glance. In some cases I’ve forgotten to update a # or add a note or advance the task along - anything.

But this is not possibe at all??

I find it very surprising this is not a feature on hubspot.

I agree. Having used another platform where this functionality was standard, I find myself spending time searching for things that could have been at my fingertips.

I too agree. Makes navigation 1000x easier!

Please add this feature - it has been standard in Salesforce and Marketo for years!

Yes, my entire team utilizes NetSuite and everyone uses the recently viewed records menu all the time. It really should be an easy optional feature to implement.

I agree! Slack has this as well. This feature usually works better than a back button that takes you to sometimes random locations (like an index view or a different record). Having a list of records I’ve viewed recently is helpful for support teams to answer calls then go back to what they were working on before the call. It’s helpful for an admin comparing records. If an SDR calls a lead, moves on to something else, then the lead calls back, they can quickly get back to a page they were just on.

A feature like this helps eliminate distractions in the system in general when trying to find what you were just working on.
