I placed reCAPTCHA on our comment form. I expected that the customer would have to check the box like in this image.
on the form it actually looks like this.
Is it missing the check box. Is this a new reCAPTCHA design or am I missing something? All I saw was the ability to turn if on or off on the form.

In some cases, when Recaptcha knows that the person is not a spammer, it doesn’t require it. The best way to test this is to use a computer at an IP address that isn’t known and see what it does.
